What are the best deals currently for DDOS-protected (filtered I should say) IPv4 VPS with relatively high bandwidth in US or EU? Is kimsufi the cheapest option?
RAM/disk/CPU don't matter.

OVH, got 1.99 euro OpenVz, but their classic series vps are not great performers
In my extensive experience with them, they had a pretty average performance, not bad at all.
