Cheap, unlockable, global, mobile phone that does USB/WiFi/Bluetooth Tethering?
So, since this is LET and it appears we have a good international representation here, I wanted to know if anyone can recommend:
- Cheap: < $100 USD on eBay
- Truly Global: CDMA and GSM, the more bands the merrier, can work on any provider, any network
- Unlocked OR Unlockable (custom ROMs, etc)
- Good tethering via USB, WiFi (i.e., hotspotting w/ WPA2), and Bluetooth (not as important); would be nice if it could USB tether and WiFi hotspot simultaneously
- Bonus: Having a keyboard/slideout, as I am not a touchscreen fan
- EDIT: Would also like it to be not too difficult to get parts/screen/digitizer for repairs
- Other than that:
-
- nothing huge; not interested in a "tablet" as a phone
- no allegiance to brand
- don't care how old
- decent camera is nice, but not a deal breaker
- don't care about apps/apps stores (except maybe SSH, VPN)
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any input.

Nexus Galaxy.
Thanks @Silvenga, appreciate your feedback, I will look into it.
I'm not aware of many phones (can't even think of one right now), that supports both GSM and CDMA.
HTC TouchPro 2 is one example
Nexus 5: GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, LTE
Nexus 4: At least GSM and CDMA. (hidden LTE that was disabled)
