  • Still out of stock...

  • Was about time! Thanks for reporting this.

  • The prices of the servers in stock has increased recently.

  • The US/CA sites cost more than the European sites before VAT

  • @sumo: Not necessarily. I pay CAD $21-$22 (depending on exchange rate) for my KS-3. And my CC has no foreign transaction fee so I'd imagine it would cost more for other regular visa cards that charge 2-3% extra.

Anyone know if they charge GST for Canadian orders? Otherwise, I'd switch.

Yes they charge 13% HST, they hide it until the last step.

    Pity. Thanks for the info!

  • Yeah, if it wasn't for the HST, the CAD pricing would be pretty nice.

  • KS-1 and KS-2 are also both OOS. The last KS-1 was provisioned almost a week ago, the last KS-2 a few days ago.

  • BTW is it possible to get an i3 with 2TB HDD?

Yes. Ordered one a week ago and got a 2 TB in Canada.

Using the regular order page or something sk2 link?

  • @msg7086
    i3 only has one link

  • Now all they have to do is add some more stock..

How about the disk age using smartctl -a /dev/sda?

Thanks, that's more than 3-5 years to go :)

  • Anyone know if KS-1 is permanently removed from the US/CAN sites?

  • Now KS-2 is also gone :(

  • Looks like the minimum is KS-3 in US/CAN. Looks like I'll have to pass on Kimsufi for the very small servers, unless I pick up one in Europe. But they're validation process is kind of like a joke for business users

  • is it possible to add additional ips ?

No, it's been asked countless times and will probably be asked many more. The Kimsufi series only comes with one IPv4 and a /128 block of IPv6s.

    /48 IPv6? I think it is /128.

My bad, it's been fixed. Thanks for the correction.

You should try assigning any of the other ipv6 adresses in the /64 your /128 is from ;-)
