BlueVM Can't login but others can?

BlueVM Can't login but others can?

When I try to login to Feathur today it shows this.

But when I go into the IRC and ask other people they said they can login fine.

I also tried clearing my cookies/cache and incognito mode.

I opened a ticket but it usually takes 1-2 days to get a reply.

Anyone know why I can't login?

All I need to do is boot my VPS because its offline.

  • Looks like there's some problem with the server you're in. "Could not locate Server 46 in database."

  • Looks like they may have removed your VPS from there system and possibly altogether.

    I was about to create a ticket
    I am able to login to client area but not able to login to feathur

    Why. I'm not abusing anything? + Others are having the same issue.

  • I think they have deleted the service so the feathur can't find the server id in the database
    I was have one of their vps I didn't use it for a while and when I got back I found that they suspend it , but I was able to log in feathur and see nothing

    I wouldn't have any idea, you need to wait for their response.

    One other person. not "Others", anyway this isn't BlueVM's helpdesk. When did you create your ticket? and then .. when how long after did you open this thread?

  • Just tested, I can log in successfully.

  • IMO, there's more wrong with BlueVM than they're prepared to admit. I remain unconvinced that someone managed to hack into my feathur account without access to some leaked info.

    Yeah, this autopaid via PayPal is slightly confusing too.
