How should we know? But I'd say probably not, because selling those is not allowed.
Probably a notice on the top of LET "Online.net won't sell the 1.99 dedi anymore, users not allowed to resell their's either." should do the trick for some not so smart mates of our's who don't bother reading.
Resell is alowed but i think no one will do it.
