This is unfortunately true, yes. The bandwidth will be reduced to 10mbit if you reach your limit.

Thats like Telekom's wonderful "Unlimited" mobile internet tarafis where you go over a certain amount and your LTE suddenly becomes 64kbps.
I couldn't imagine ever hitting 5TB.
If we're looking through the bandwith statistics of the last 12 months, there are only 2 clients that have been limited - each of them for a single month only. And if you only reach 5TB and a few GB, that's nothing to worry about. We are acting more flexible than others do. But although, we reserve the right to limit the bandwith to 10mbit if needed - which as I said, is is rarely the case.
