LET not available through socks proxy

Hello looks like after the change from v3 to lowendtalk.com, I can't connect through socks5 proxy.
@LEA did you changed something in your nginx config?

    Maybe because IPv6 is not working. There's an IPv6 record on www.lowendtalk.com. Let me see whether I can fix it.

    it "almost" works now. I can see it but got the error when trying to comment on that.
    InsertIPAddress is 13 characters too long. Looks like db field for the IP address is not long enough for IPv6.

    You are correct -- looks like a Vanilla bug. Should be easy to get it fixed. I'll do it a bit later.
