IPSEC/L2TP not working in windows 7

i setup IPSEC/L2TP VPN with Cent OS box and i can connect to it using my android mobile with home network. but unfortunately when i try to connect using windows 7 it prompt me "error 789". if you know how to fix this please let me inform. i try google already 100+ times thank you very much for reading.

Google says this is a NAT issue. Have you check that?

i can connect using my mobile. so it's confirm Cent OS VPN setup is working. do you have any idea how to troubleshoot NAT issue ?

Fix several different error numbers when I was using L2TP. Why L2TP and not OpenVPN (or Tinc)?

The MS KB article should fix it.

I would suggest softether vpn. It has l2tp built in and works flawlessly on my laptop (win 8.1) and Android phone.

Have you enabled IPsec Policy Agent, IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules services?

yep. i enable both services
