Well, Kindly Note This EV SSL Needs The following for Final Validation. They Say :

To be eligible for the free upgrade you are required to meet the following conditions.

• The PositiveSSL order must be for a single domain name.
• The order must be new and not a renewal.
• The domain name must have never been used for a previous Comodo SSL Certificate.
• You must be a registered business in your country, and your business phone number must be listed in your local phone directory. To pass the extended validation.
• You must first complete the PositiveSSL Certificate order ( be issued your certificate )
• Limit of one per customer

Well, if you get an EV SSL, and EV means you are Damn Serious about your Business.... If you succeed.. im sure $125 ( actually i'd say $10 /Mo ) wont be much of Problem !
