    Ugh, you suggested permissions are wrong in ticket. Really? That was the best resolution you had, permissions are wrong. After the first guy tells me "Nothing was a problem on it. Please check the full dhcpd configuration. It will be fine."

    I wish hostguard was an option.

    Edit, this has been cleared up. Fix/change in update plus workarounds.
