All of this vpn review sites are utter bs and paid by the VPN companies with aff - clear interest conflict as they will obviously rate the higher paid ones better (and even if not, you never know that)

If you are looking for streaming purposes, I would not recommend that.
It will be the best and fastest for torrenting or downloading purposes! but most of the streaming website blockade almost every IP Adress they had. Overall in that cheap price, it will be the best.

Chinese are under high surveillance due to great firewall and some other strict LAWS recently passed by the government that restricts their citizens to access their favorite channels. Even only few vpn services are active due to such heavy surveillance in mainland china. I recommend ExpressVPN for China as it has highly optimized servers there though there are some other vpn services for china that are very effective and some are cheap one's you can find them here https://www.spamspamspam.spam . So always consider secure and recommended options in China
