@robohost - just add a bandwidth package to your Delimiter server or just move to the next server up.

I am not sure which server you have but if its the X5150 with 5TB, then you could either add a bandwidth package upto 100TB or move to L5420 for $10-15 more a month and get 10TB bandwidth included and /29.

@robohost - so have you ordered this /28? So long as you can justify it then no problem getting it. Then add on additional bandwidth as required
