Perl update

When running yum update perl, I get an odd list of errors.
Short version:
file /usr/share/man/man3/threads.3pm.gz from install of perl-5.8.8-38.el5.x86_64 conflicts with file from
package perl-5.8.8-32.el5_7.6.i386
There is a maybe a hundred lines before that.
Anyone have the same people before and know how to fix it?
Could just be I'm tired from my trip and am not thinking straight.
