I use buyvm.net for my leechbox and have dumped several large established "seed(leech)box" providers like dediseed, and pulsedmedia.
$6/month 512K.
I have no issues... I set it up by modifying the fritzbox script under Ubuntu 12.04.
I suck down all TV viewing this way, as I no longer can tolerate ads taking 25% or more of the show, and I don't seed other than what you can suck up while I download, and I have the upload limited to 256K, at most you get 10-15mb tops.
I consistently download at 5-10mbs, and I only use public sources....
Doesn't meet some of your requirements, ie: speed or cost, but I am very pleased.. $6/month v.$15/month at dediseed and I control it, plus it probably will get openvpn put on it soon too and then I can drop a couple of well known vpn's who are filtering things like ports and even now some sites like torrentz.eu... I don't pay for VPN's to filter my stuff! :mad:
