2 XEON 5150 , total 4 Cores, 16 GB RAM, Traffic 5 TB, 1Gb Port - 20$/month + 2€/IP and month. You can order also a Subnet with 8 IP/5 usable. But this is 16$/month on top. Nice machine for a small XEN setup.

It's almost one month old and OP was looking for fast deployment server, chances are he doesn't need this anymore. But in case he does, DataShack has a couple quad-core configs for $25 and one other config for $29, all with 5 usable IPs, IPv6, and 20TB bandwidth.
A few posts back I said that I already got a server xd
