We’re excited to announce another addition to New Wave NetConnect LLC, the company behind market leader ChicagoVPS, has recently acquired the assets of Electribyte.com.
As part of our pre-purchase review it was decided that most efficient and effective way to improve the Electricbyte customer experience was to wind down the existing Electricbyte infrastructure and incentivize customer’s to switch to ChicagoVPS.

@Infinity580 if you would like to discuss your angst with me about the brands you can do so, and I ask that you PM me so we can get it resolved. We strive to be the best, so if something is not right we want to fix it.
So they don't offer service in San Jose where I am now, the cost for a 256MB OpenVZ VPS goes from $14/year to $47/year ($71/year if I follow the link from their email), and I don't get the service that I have paid for until Dec. I think I'll pass.
@frankb, the coupon works on anything. You can find the same plans you had for cheaper.
