Plivo - (NEW) Free Inbound SMS

Plivo.com just added free inbound sms to all supported countries that support 2 way sms

Plivo is now cheaper then nexmo (save 10 cents buying numbers in plivo)

I posted this here because I know some users here use SMS.

Never heard of this Plivo. Do both way need Plivo app to do this?

plivo is a sms and telephone api to create apps like a call center. its not like a android app to send and get text messages

How does it compare to Nexmo and Twilio?

Just looked up outbound SMS and it's significantly more expensive. I'll probably just stick with Nexmo.

I would rather stay with nexmo, that 10 cents just isn't worth it. Thanks for the info though!
