Comes with dedicated CPU cores ? can we use 100 % of it for ourselves or not ?

    Yeah, they are renting out 3 full CPU cores for $8/month. They are manufacturing their own CPUs so their costs are very low and they are passing the savings to you.

    3 full CPU cores for $8/month is expensive. That's why they pass it to you to pay for them.
