One Paypal dispute would wipe out their profits for the next several months.
That's not hard if their projected profit after 4 months is a negative number.
Everyone here would open a VPs there and request refund =P
Their website is also a rip of SynergyWorks -> http://www.synergyworks.co.uk/
Its a template from templatemonster (Or a similar site) i believe. Maybe we should check if they have a license to use it.
Someone pay them to tweet this thread
http://www.seoclerks.com/General/3516/xmxen
Darn
Nah, I think is a different scammer.
Damit! what happend with world :!
Still could be used to find the whereabouts of him. Unless it was too old so all old names disappeared.

To clarify:
HostSnowy = HostRail = Constantinos
XmXen = UptimeVPS = Darren
Wow they should really work together
I wonder how many people here remember RackVM.
I was a one of the RackVm customer including LEA
Yeah the website looks a lot like Rackvm.. probably the same template, it's definitely the same color scheme.. I guess Ben is back!
I am not aware of that guy, well I heard of uptimevps, though. Anyway from reading this thread, it sounds like that it is not his second attempt to scam everyone? (besides uptimevps, he ran another company, right? Or I did not understand correctly). This time you noticed it via the whmcs leak. The next time noone will ever know it is him - new email, another name, no whmcs name changes, leaks and etc. . He can just start a new company twice a year and keep cashing out. I guess it really does pay off.
I think Rackvm is the first to start it all.. $10/yr for 128Mb xen.. He scammed quite a few folks on LEB including myself,
Well it looks like WHT have deleted xmxen's offer from the website, can't seem to find it any more..
Yes. And he dissapeared always few months later with money from yearly prepaid services.
Known hosting scams by Darren Slade: LXServerDirect (2007), ServerWOW (2009), UptimeVPS (2011) , xmxen.com (2012).
With UptimeVPS he used fake name Ken Nash.
Most likely - something. But now is the different. It's not untracable anonymous Ken Nash anymore. People know his real name, how he look like, where he live... http://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/77230#Comment_77230 which makes stealing our money more risky for him.
So did the people who signed up still have a working VPS or did the servers get taken down by the providers already?
@JoeMerit If I am allowed to answer...mine is still online...
**DISCLAIMER: NOT RECOMMENDING THEM
OH REALLY!? its the same guy from uptimeVPS? who scammed users?
his name is Ken if i remember? (fake name i guess)
Guys, post at WHT and warn users!
Go ahead, if you want to get infracted.
what is wrong with warnning users
?
It doesnt matter. Scams will always happen in all fields. Can you believe that boiler room schemes are still making money today ???
Heck, viagra and russian brides too...
It's human nature, no warning will stop that.
M
i reported him, topic seems deleted
People here messaged the mods but they seemed not to believe them
Btw some more fun:
http://whois.domaintools.com/backlinkme.co aaaaand a nickname: http://forum.auchipoly.edu.ng/index.php?action=profile;u=453480
Don't know if those were posted before
gsrdgrdghd I think that it's cool to post it here for future references (as things from URLs are often removed or changed later) and it's public info after all.
Nice nameservers he have
