Let me clear this up. If this is who I think it is, you requested if you could be refunded by the end of the day. We went ahead and processed the refund, and terminated your server as we do with all clients that ask for a refund. Your server wasn't deleted until you asked for the refund and it was processed.
I asked "CAN I request refund BY THE END OF THE DAY?" .. I didn't ask you to refund it right away.. maybe you should start taking some English classes..
As that sounds you were asking if you could request a refund no later than the end of the day.
