    according to the English level in the different thread, they may be not a single people.

    Too simple! I didn't see any different "English levels" among all OP's posts, and I do not believe he has 4 employees either, he may indeed has but who knows.

    Yes he might not be good at English but you shouldn't make fun of him like this. What if you have to post something on a Chinese forum & they make fun of you for your poor Chinese? And this is not the first time someone's website has been attacked immediately after posting an offer of LE*. I am also pretty sure that a member/visitor of this board is involved.

    We get ddos'd a lot you need to use ddos protection i think 99% of all hosts here use ddos protection for there websites as we do. Also you need ddos protection for your main ip's of any servers you have too, or full ddos protection for all ip's you use etc.

    Good English is the first thing required to be a provider. If not, both the sides will can't have a good cooperation.

    @qzjqjh I recommend using pre HTML tags in Your post, so You can format the WinMTR (or whatever it is) log properly. If left unformatted it's pretty much unreadable, or at least it's not convenient for reading.

    From your logs i can only understand that few hosts send traffic to your VPS/Server. It's not a DDoS.

    DDoS it's usually when 1000+ machines sends you a traffic.

    All i can suggest - hire sysadmin.

    I think so foolish translation must be from Baidu translation (fanyi.baidu.com)
