@suliuyi I've removed your email address for your own protection - send someone a PM if you're giving them your paypal addy.

Also, what you're suggesting is daft - if you just give someone the password to your VPS, they can abuse it and then you're left with the headaches, plus is will most likely violate the TOS of your provider. What you should do is raise a ticket and ask for the provider to transfer the VPS to the buyer's account.

Finally, @netomx doesn't want your VPS - re-read his post, the bit at the end is kind of important...

OK mate, last time - you CANNOT sell you plan by just editing the account information. Raise a ticket with the provider and get their all-clear to transfer the VPS to another user's account, or the thread will be closed.

And yes, too expensive.

What makes you think that? Any good host would realize that transferring it to another or new customer could potentially mean that the income from that plan will continue for at least another month if they provide a good enough service for the customer..

123systems and many other hosts charge a fee for transfers.
