I doubt they would want to raid it, they'd "benefit" much more by just monitoring all the traffic, which they probably already do.
In general, in HF world, haters gonna DDoS, not spread rumours, so, maybe that is going on.

No, I meant that the first thing would be a DDoS then brag about it, in case of it being taken by the government there would have been no bragging involved.
And law enforcement is not really interested by actual computer crime unless it targets their computers, the real criminals in their view are those that try to remain anonymous and spread "dangerous ideas". How many cases of people investigated for DDoS do you know and how many for privacy related "offenses"? There you go.

Witza.com, in turn, is blocked by our Roskomnadzor Internet censorship organization.

Not raided for running HF but for buying a RAT, but maybe it has a relation.
The BlackShades busts were months ago now and they were glorious. I don't think many convictions came of it (at least yet, it was only May) but they certainly put the wind up a few skids.
