I had at gmod.eu a Gameserver, same company, it takes mostly 2-3 Days to answer so yeah better stay away.
I am sorry you had a bad experience with our support team over at gmod.eu. Please note that those are different departments and your experience might not reflect the avg. reply time of other departments. Please contact me privately with your ticket number so I can take a look at that case. Our current avg. reply time across all departments and ALL issues is 5 hours, 8 minutes and 53 seconds. This also includes tickets which are open open because we are waiting for events etc.
Our usual reply time is depending on the issue 5 minutes to less than one hour.

@RootNerds Never mind, your WHMCS sent me to weird ticketing page which does not recognize my email nor passwd even though I'm in WHMCS.

Personal experience with these guys is not great, failed hardware had no replacement, billed me anyway then had to have a legal battle with them to prove no material gain was had on my part.
If you don't plan to renew please triple check cancellation policy they absolutely will send a debt collection agency after you even for stupid amounts and even if you cancelled anyway but they cant find it because of the billing/service/support system all being on different systems (as evidenced above) they are essentially ip-projects re-sellers and they don't have the best reputation.
