Prometeus/iwstack for Italy, and colorhost.de for Germany. I think iwstack has ddos protection, might be something to look for if you are running a gameserver.

Also if you know, what's Prometeus's CPU? since 128tick server requires little stronger CPU

If you're on a budget - I highly suggest BuyVM.net's $15/yr plan. SSD cached, excellent network, excellent support (replies are on average 1 hour or under) & the hardware is top-notch for the price. @Francisco

Pretty sure BUYVM doesn't have a POP in neither italy nor germany, otherwise if OP wants a US VPS, I suggest them too :-)

Ahh damn. Well BuyVM have an excellent network, I doubt it would be a problem for the OP. IP prices are a tad higher in the EU reigion, It will be hard to find a reliable & cost-effeictve provider.

Nonetheless; goodluck OP! Let us know which provider you go with.

It will be a problem, to add 80 ms for an online FPS is not acceptable. Anyway he can't run this kind of server on 128 MB of RAM and even if he could, he would be kicked for CPU abuse.

The Online.net offer doesn't fit either since it has a very bad CPU, the VIA chip isn't nice at all.
