I've been trough that, shadowscoks does its job good
Why?
Most exit node providers are in the legal and/or financial position to absorb any misdoings under their node. But, there are some who use the node as protection of what they personally are doing illegally and there are some who did not research what running a Tor exit would entail. These people should not be running a Tor exit.
All those who are running Tor exits should understand what they are doing. If they understand and still are running an exit, then people should use it. These exit operators want to help those who are being censored by their governments, etc. Call it a public service.
