Spoof geolocation?

Once I saw a guy spoof his sites geolocation to say it was in Antarctica or anywhere he wanted. How can this be done?

Their provider are most likely swiping ips to what ever location/address they want.

Just was a fake geolocation, similar to what kinox.to does.
