    That'll be the RAID cache though, not the disks.

    Sure but the thing with SSD's is the IOP/sec, not really about sequential performance.

    Sure, you can get some SSD's that will let you do some fairly high sequential work loads but that's not where they shine and usually that's where makers use cheap tricks :P

    I believe you meant "contradicting." Not sure how he's contradicting himself at all since the VPS @dmmcintyre3 is benchmarking is hosted elsewhere and being used for comparison purposes and has nothing to do with Mr. Hadley.

    "Read -> comprehend -> post" is a mantra everyone should follow ;)
