How to run L2TP with IPSEC in a OpenVZ VPS?

Hey,

As the title,i know most of providers don't support run L2TP(IPSEC) in a OpenVZ VPS,but a few providers did like BuyVM.

I want to know how to do that?In a OpenVZ VPS?
