Everywhere, I see..

OVH France Resellers Advertising their bulletproof and what not.

Which reminds me, France does have some laws in place..

Also here's what I'm talking about

This can't be possible as all those are illegal!

    No need to report them. OVH will terminate their contracts with them, or just shut off their services.

    Since when botnets and booters to be hosted are illegal, I think what's illegal is common sense here.

    I mean with a botnet you're only infecting people's machines and using them for DDoS or use them to mine for information

    OVH is not bulletproof. Maybe slightly negligent based on the scale of their network but if they find out they will shut you down. They have a certain tolerance for torrenting and stuff but they aren't interested in helping you launch pathetic DDoS attacks or zombie botnets and such.
