$10 to get a payout. $2 for 15 "quality" posts. You would need 90 posts the reach the payout. Considering there is only 11 topics I doubt you can reach this in a reasonable amount of time.
Not trying to start an argument, just putting up the numbers.
That's nothing for our forum spammers in the third world
