i cant login ssh or web interface. i just access my server by FTP.
Well, in that case I'd say that you are not provided with the basic means to do a proper backup.
you might just need to connect to it from another machine via ftp and copy everything from your vps.
but i don't know location/storage path of VM/CT. i running both KVM and OpenVZ. hope you let me know.
