Need help for exim mail rejection

SaahibSaahib Host Rep, Veteran

I need little help to understand following from exim_mainlog :

remote host address is the local host: server.abchost.com (while verifying user1@server.abchost.com from host mx1.decarlo.it [85.18.241.117]:57741)
41 H=mx1.decarlo.it [85.18.241.117]:57741 F=<> temporarily rejected RCPT zoran.knezevic83a9@somedomain.com: remote host address is the local host
41 SMTP connection from mail.paconwaste.ie (EXCHANGE.pw.local) [86.43.91.8]:9783 closed by QUIT
SMTP connection from mx1.decarlo.it [85.18.241.117]:57741 closed by QUIT

Here server.abchost.com is my server hostname, [email protected] is an actual user for domain somedomain.com

Can you explain what exactly above mean, why it is saying that remote host address is : server.abchost.com , does that means that it is being generated from a script on my own server ?

Thanks..
