So is the GPU or built in graphis all that matters for you? Anything else important? CPU? HDD? RAM? Bandwidth? Location?
And most importantly, what's your budget?
CPU: Minimum i3 or a new Dual Core cpu
RAM: At least 4-8GB
HDD: Well 60GB SSD would do it but it can be HDD also
Bandwith: Doesn't really matter, 100GB at least
Location: Doesn't matter
Budget: Cheapest possible.

I prefer something like this: "HD Graphics 4000 – 16 execution units and additional features,[b] up to 332.8 GFLOPS at 1300 MHz"
Or above that.

No it is needed for gaming purpose.
OVH is always stable, if you can live with 100M hard cap.
I would recommend it, though I do not have any box there myself...

Yes its for gaming purpose. Also I not need designer GPU I only need an integrated intel HD 4000+ GPU which has the i5 4th and i7 3th and 4th generation.
