NECS have a reputation for quality of service. We have a comprehensive SLA with the data centre and all our servers are managed from our head office which is some distance away.
We have no problem with the hardware we use and have similar arangements with the data centres we use in Germany and the Netherlands. For practical reasons it does not always make sence to have our servers colocated. We also manage a significant number of business servers in the north of England.
