Probably a VPN provider.
There are plenty of VPS providers in BE. Hosting is expensive there and traffic isn't cheap either, so they are not popular on LET, but there is life outside of this forum
@ttsaonttsaon Fusa has a good price/service ratio:

Or check out fusa's offer page http://offer.fusa.be
@Nyr - Wait Belgique and Belgium are the same? Did not know.
The cheapest option would be Belgonet, but obviously bandwidth usage isn't too generous.

I once had the Micro vps and it was ok. But I didn't find a use-case for only 5GB traffic except for IRC, so I canceled it.
Belgique is not even a word, right? I think OP is not a native speaker and mistook it with "Belgian VPS wanted"
Belgique is Belgium in French. Belgium consists of 3 parts, a Dutch speaking, French speaking and a German speaking community.
Have been a customer of FUSA for a long time. Just keep your eye on http://offer.fusa.be, from time to time there is an offer for a vps located in Belgium.
Intel Atom Dual Core 1.6Ghz - 2 GB RAM - 2x 160GB HDD (sRAID-1) - Remote Reboot - 500GB @ 100Mbit - 1 IPv4 - IPv6 - Belgium @ 10,54 EUR
Thats not bad, another cheap-ish Atom.
@SwordfishBE only provide people speak Dutch
