does SolusVM support add virtual floppy device?

hotsnowhotsnow Veteran

wanna to install windows 2003 and use virtio disk, but 2003 can only load virtio drivers from floppy during install,

another solution is pre-integrate the virtio drivers into original 2003 install iso before install,

but perhaps due to the copyright factors, some vps providers only like accept Windows ISO requests from valid Microsoft download links, although already explained this to them and waiting reply, but I still worry about that if they insist want the original iso (no virtio drivers integrated),

any other ideas?

SolusVM doesn't even support mounting multiple media simultaneously without exploding [ or doing it the massive annoying workaround way. ] You shouldn't expect SolusVM to support something like this really.

That being said, there's nothing stopping the provider from mounting your .ima / .img file manually in the /home/kvm/kvm###/kvm###.xml file; then rebooting your VM.
