Your provider has to set rdns, you can't do it (unless you control the IP allocation).
I did open a support ticket with my provider but they said I can do it from solusvm. So will reopen the ticket
Ah, that's different. Before you said WHM
Check that rdns is in effect for your mailserver name:
[me@serv] host my.mailserver.com
(returns your IP address).
[me@serv] host ipAddress
(returns my.mailserver.com if rdns is set).
Test from different locations if you can.
He said WHM last, so that's all that registered in my Sunday morning brain Sorry for the confusion n1kko.
Thanks guys all sorted. After a few other tests with mx toolbox mail tester rdns test is false positive.
