In that price range i can offer you a Raspberry Pi. But it is suitable for enthusiasts, not so much for serious work. Or i could think of some custom yearly Atom deal, PM me if interested.

@sc754 thought about offering other ARM based micro servers, but decided it's not worth it for now. Not marketable. For the cost of these better ARM boards we can buy a x86 based board which will outperform the ARM.
