I'm seeing problems with this company:
1 - Deploy error;
2 - Slow down the answers;
3 - Request for cancellation and refund for mistakes in the system ignored;
I'm with 4.18 balance of U.S. dollars in my account and I'm four days waiting for an answer, much ado to answer the error on your system and server management led us to request cancellation and refund but the company simply did not answer me.

Hi, sorry your having trouble with our service.
In order for your ticket to be answered quickly it is advised that you create a new one for refunds otherwise its simply a old deploy issue thats been fixed and we wont see that you actually require a refund.
