My server with them randomly went down yesterday and they have not replied to any of my tickets either. I think this group did a "summer host" runner or something as it seems all their stuff is now down.

No, it just asks you to "leave a message" which is just e-mailed to them. In the beginning they did have someone 24/7 but looks like no ones home now.

Lets just say the server has now been down for 2 days; I have a ticket open to them which they have not replied to in that time. I have been checking periodically to see if the live chat is actually online, but it has been in 'leave a message' mode for days now.
I am not here to bash, I am simply stating what is currently going on. I have no idea what might be going on with them. While I have back-ups, it would be nice to know if they are gone for good?
