Test if this site loads fast on mobile ?

I check speed at which my web proxy site loads regularly with both pingdom and webpagetest.

However i am seeing a great variation in load time between pingdom and webpagetest for the mobile version

Pingdom - Load time : 834ms

Webpagetest - Load time : 11.044s (WTF)

Btw i scored A+ on ssllabs and i follow google pagespeed recommendations so it can't be due to my code or ssl configuration

Can someone tell me if the web page loads fast on their mobile devices.I would define a "fast" as being a load time of less than 1 sec

I already applied these tweaks (major ones) and such a difference in load times cannot be justified by small tweaks in html/css/js

Seems that ssl is the overhead here .....Glad none is near to 11 seconds
