BuyVM - New Jersey site performance better than old Buffalo site?

BuyVM has moved its East Coast servers from Buffalo to New Jersey. I understand that many providers have issues with Buffalo. Is BuyVM's performance/uptime in New Jersey better than it was in Buffalo?

    They have been in NJ for a while now.

    I think performance is fine, but then I never noticed an issue when the servers were in someone's basement, so perhaps I'm not the most demanding user...
