thank you for reporting benchmark, i see result. Please check that is a 100mbps uplink. You can upgrade to 1gbps uplink for free. Check network settings and raise it. You will see x10 results.
For sequential dd is pretty slow, usualy it go to 350/270Mb/s, are you doing something else during test?
Those are already 1Gbps
and those are newly rebuilt and I wasn't doing anything else.

ipv6 is always 100mbps capped, if you disable ipv6 and use ipv4 bandwidth you will use full 1Gbps uplink
