I got a nephoscale server for a yrs free trial around 11 months ago. This is my short review.

Uptime - great, got around 9.5 months, for some reason there was a reboot around 46 days ago. Not experienced any other downtime to my knowledge.

Support - great, only contacted them once when account was not properly created, they dealt with it efficiently and I have not had to contact them since.

Server - Peforms fine, for some reason the setup consume a lot of memory, my similar setup on another provider uses only around half the ram. Maybe it's something else I've loaded on it but forgotten about.

I have around 1 month left and would stay except for the pricing. It truly has been a set and forget experience.

If you need something production wise, definately go with them
