@SpeedBus I want 2 KVM boxes for VPN purpose only, so 256MB RAM - 2.56GB HDD - 256GB bandwidth is enough for me. Do you provide this custom plan?

Yep sure, that would be around $18/year each but with 1 TB bandwidth and 4 GB HDD.

Yep, it comes with 8 cores fair-share, you can use upto 100% but not 24/7. As long as the ISO is legit, sure.
