VPS KVM Windows - Dedicated Core - Similar to NFOServers

Does anybody knows or can offer something similar to NFOServers VPS' offer's?

It's location can be on USA, UK or GER.
InterNAP is not required, but a preference.

I'm pretty sure that NFOServers VPS' runs the game pretty well, so, if someone offers something similar or equal, probably that would meet all requirements.

There are 4 requirements:

1. Location can be on USA (Dallas/New York), UK or GER;

2. O.S.: Windows (Licensed). (I don't own a license).

3. Allow to use game-client and game-bot on this VPS. I want that game-bot play the game for me. (I think is something like Runescape bot, but it's another game.);

4. It should be possible to run multiple-instances of the game with minimum fps (10-20fps). The game is a low graphic (2D) game, i'm currently able to run like 4-6 instances of the game with (80fps each, not using it, but i'm able to) in a 2GB KVM VPS (Windows) with 2 Shared CPU.

At those prices, you might as well get yourself a cheap dedicated server. Online.net/OVH/etc

Well, i tough so. Not at those prices, dedicated server would be a bit more expensive. Something about 30 EUR. and i need Windows and it's License is expensive.

Most VPS providers (either dedicated providers) gives already comes with Windows License.
