I think FiberHub offers some RTO servers but you'd probably need to contact them and find out.

Dacentec do an E3 build?
Didnt they have some limited stock of them?
from what I recall from their earlier offers on their site/client area, they didn't have RTO on their E3 servers, the E3s offers were labelled with something like "Not RTO" or so.
Looking at their posting history, they did have 12 month LTOs on the E3s for $1xx/mo
