They are not responding to my tickets after paying them. My sever is still pending until now since I bought it 2 weeks ago.

    Another invoice created when they did not even activate my server. It's still pending. No response to the first ticket up to the last.

    Their SSL certificate expired yesterday.

    Plus it takes them what? weeks to provision a VPS?

    What's going on @Vic?

    Until now no response. I hope they could refund.
