Help configuring IIS 7.5 as a forward proxy server using ARR
I need to setup a proxy server using IIS 7.5. Linux is not an option sadly, and neither is installing 3rd party software on the Windows box - this has to be done with ARR.
Literally no clue where to go with this, and tutorials seem to be non-existent. Can anyone help?

Sorry, to be clear I need to configure a forward proxy, not a reverse proxy.
